Gross KPI


  • In SCOT, the Initial ORDER quantity and Planned Delivery Date (PDD) are considered for performance calculation. Order Updates are not considered

  • Gross performance reflects both Supplier and Metro combined performance

  • Gross performance KPI implies the performance before any root causes were assigned



Net KPI


  • Net performance KPI implies the Supplier performance after Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Net performance reflects only Supplier performance

  • All Metro related issues are excluded from Net performance calculation


OTIF Calculation


The process of Gross to Net OTIF using SCOT

  • We measure GROSS OTIF for our customers and we measure NET OTIF for our suppliers
