HOMEPAGE
SCOT Admin Homepage consists of two main data sections:
- Portfolio performance
- Root Cause approval
Additionally, you have a direct connection to the EDGE analytics & reporting application and a Language selector allowing you to change the UI language.
Prerequisites:
To view Admin Homepage, log in to SCOT as an admin by selecting the Employee section.
1. Portfolio Performance
In the Portfolio Performance section, you can view a breakdown of supplier's KPIs by OTIF percentage and percentages of Late Deliveries and Non Deliveries.
How to view:
- Filter on one or all portfolios.
- Choose between Net or Gross KPI Type. The difference between Gross and Net KPI is explained here: Gross vs Net KPI
- Select the Time Period. Several time frames are available, from one month to one year.
You will also see a Pie chart of the supplier's KPIs.
By clicking on the pie sections of Late Deliveries or Non Deliveries, you will be redirected to the Portfolio Performance page.
2. Root Cause Approval
In the Root Cause Approval section, you can view FOL details for a particular time period and also compare the FOL results of previous months or years.
How to view:
- Filter on one or all portfolios.
- Select the months or years you want to compare.
The following lines of information are displayed:
- New FOL - number of FOLs created with the last night run and not yet updated by any Metro admin (no RCA3 or no approval flag)
- Not assigned FOL - number of FOLs per set month (from 1st day of current month till present day) with no RCA2
- Not approved FOL - RCA2 is existing and approval flag = 0 and no RCA3 is existing per set month
By Clicking on the FOLs, you will be redirected to the RCA page automatically (with the search filters from Homepage already applied).
3. Link to EDGE
On the Homepage, you can also find a quick link to EDGE. EDGE is a BI & Analytics tool that you can use for advanced reporting. Click on the EDGE logo to get to the application.
More details about EDGE are available at: Access to EGDE
4. Language Selector
Language of SCOT UI can be changed by using the selector from the bottom-right corner of the application.
Note: Language changes are applied only if translations are available for that language. This means that you or your colleagues have translated the UI in SCOT Pre-Production (PP) and then our Developers have pushed them to SCOT Production.
More information about translations is available at: TRANSLATION: Add/Update translation in PROD
