Consultancy
If you need help on how to use SCOT and its specific features, or just a best practice overview, we will explain it to you the best we can, so you can make the most of SCOT during your daily Supply Chain-related activities.
Functional Trainings
We offer you Functional trainings via Teams call. After these training sessions, you can start using SCOT right away and enjoy its many functionalities which will improve your daily work and communication with your suppliers.
User Management
If there is a new comer in your team, we will create their SCOT account. If a new supplier should be listed, you as Supply Chain specialist can request the creation of this supplier in SCOT or invite the supplier to create his Metro Link Plus account. We will also deactivate the SCOT accounts if needed - suppliers and internal users also.
Testing & Quality Assurance
We test new versions of SCOT, so the quality of the application stays at its highest levels. We also provide you the needed support during your own tests of SCOT (UAT - User Acceptance Test).
Performance & Defect Handling
If anything goes wrong in SCOT, like system down, technical errors or unexpected behaviour of the application, we will try to reproduce the issue, provide a workaround if possible and contact the Second Level Support/Tech Team so that the issue is solved as soon as possible. You and your suppliers will get a stable environment where you can work better and, in case of issues, you will be informed about their resolution.
Service Requests & New Requirements
If you have any ideas on how to improve SCOT, if you miss certain functionalities or other configurations specific to your country, we will share your suggestions with the product manager and the business for analysis. If possible, we will provide you with a workaround until the new feature implementation. Also, if you need help from backend in order to automatise certain repetitive or time-consuming tasks, please let us know and we will be your connection with Second Level Support/Tech Team in order to find the best solution to your needs.
