1. RCA Code 21:-
Aggregation attributes:- Country, Supplier Number, Store, Order number
Order line attributes:- Order QTY MU, Order Value NNBP, Order Value INVBP, Order QTY BU, Pallet Equivalent
Matching criteria between Minimum Order Quantity and Order Lines:- Country, Supplier Number, Store
Not applied for countries:- ITA, ESP, RUS
Rules:-
- If MOQ code is either 1 or 2 then RCA Code 21 will be applied if sum of Order QTY MU is less than MOQ value
- If MOQ code is 3 then for Germany, RCA Code 21 will be applied if sum of Order Value INVBP is less than MOQ value. For all other countries, RCA Code 21 will be applied if sum of Order Value NNBP is less than MOQ value
- If MOQ code is 4 then RCA code 21 will be applied if sum of Order QTY BU is less then MOQ value
- If MOQ code is 5 then RCA code 21 will be applied if sum of Pallet Equivalent is less than MOQ value. From which source system MDW get MOQ data?
- If any of above conditions does not apply, then RCA code 21 will be still applied if Order QTY MU is less then Article MOQ available on Order Line itself. Hungary is using only this condition to apply RCA 21 based on article MOQ available on order line itself.
2. RCA Code 22:-
Matching criteria between Order Delivery Schedule and Order Lines:- Country, Supplier Number, Store, Dispo Article Class, Article Del Grp
Not applied for countries:- ITA, ESP, SRB, HRV, POL, PAK
Rules:-
Planned Lead Time is calculated on each order line during pre-calculation job on SCOT side as (Planned delivery date – Order date) – weekend days – holiday count.
- RCA Code 22 is applied if this Planned Lead Time is less than the Lead Time received on ODS
- If Lead time strict check is configured for country then RCA Code 22 will be applied even if Planned Lead Time is more than the Lead Time received on ODS. Expectation is both lead time should be equal. Lead time strict check was only configured for Belgium which is no longer active on SCOT.
3. RCA Code 23:-
Matching criteria between Order Delivery Schedule and Order Lines:- Country, Supplier Number, Store, Dispo Article Class, Article Del Grp
Not applied for countries:- ITA, ESP, FRA, RUS, PAK, UKR
Rules:-
RCA code 23 is assigned if any of below two rule is applicable:-
- Order date is matched with Order Schedule (Monday-Sunday) received on ODS based on week day. If order date is not matching with the order schedule then RCA code 23 is applied
- Planned delivery date is matched with Delivery Schedule (Monday-Sunday) received on ODS based on week day. If delivery schedule is not matched then RCA code 23 is applied
4. RCA Code 24:-
Matching criteria between Supplier holiday and Order Lines:- Country, Supplier Number
Not applied for countries:- ITA, ESP, FRA, RUS
Rule:-
RCA Code 24 is applied if Order Date or Planned Delivery Date lies on supplier holiday.
5. RCA Code 25:-
Matching criteria between Public holiday and Order Lines:- Country, Store
Not applied for countries:- ITA, ESP, FRA, RUS
Rule:- RCA Code 25 is applied if Planned Delivery Date lies on public holiday. (Order date is not considered, to be checked)
