Go to the MLP Administration page and search for the company under Company management tab.
HINT: Try searching also with partial Company name for better results.
Check the search results:
If the supplier cannot be found in the list, then it is considered as a Prospect supplier.
If the supplier is found and eSourcing is displayed in the services column, then the supplier company profile has been already created in eSourcing.
If the supplier is found but the eSourcing is not displayed in the services column, then the supplier company has to be created for eSourcing.
In this case please select any of available profiles and click on the on eSourcing icon.
IMPORTANT! Enabling eS services for a supplier company should be done if the company is not already Onboarded in eSourcing via MLP.
In case the company already exists in eSourcing, enabling eS services for a different entity will create a new company, with the same name, in eSourcing.
