Order updates (e.g. order number, quantity change, PDD change) are NOT transmitted from MDW to SCOT - this is how it has been originally aligned between Product Managers.

Only order creation status (status 1) and cancel status (status 3) are transfered from MDW to SCOT.

Transfer of status 3 (order cancelation) from MDW to SCOT: for all countries, this cancelation info is transmitted to SCOT regardless of the moment when MDW receives this info from MMS. If info comes to SCOT before PDD, FOL is not generated.

IMPORTANT:

MDW does not make any distinction between order deletion and order cancelation. If MMS sends cancelation (status 3), MDW receives same status 3 for either cancelation or deletion.

Any other order status related to updates (status 2) is NOT transmitted.

- Status 4 (closed) is not transmitted either. But for closed, GRs usually come and GRs are sent to SCOT, which actually means closing the order.

- By design GRs from previous month are NOT sent by MDW to SCOT after 8th of current month (or 9th or 10th of current month - depending on weekend days and country-implementation). If you need to exempt supplier's OTIF from being impacted, manually comment those FOLs from previous month and then recalculate NET OTIF for previous month.
