New Supplier Hide Flag logic implemented in PROD on 15 October 2024.
Check runs both during pre-calculation and after pre-calculation (any update on FOL is taken into consideration). Before, it was applied only in post-calculation jobs.
Pre-calculation: RCA1 assignment
Post-calculation: anytime a change is done to an FOL, related to RCA 2 and RCA3 (by supplier and admin)
Based on changes to RCA3, more FOLs might be shown to supplier.
But what is already visible to supplier will not change to hidden (visible stays visible).
IMPORTANT! Non-Delivery and Late Delivery Exclusion Flags have no impact on FOL visibility for supplier (they only have impact on NET performance calculation). If an FOL has been visible to Supplier and Admin activates Non-Delivery Exclusion Flag, then that FOL will remain visible to supplier.
NOTE: New logic does NOT apply to historical data. Only FOLs after 15 October are processed based on new logic.
