Focus Articles Table displays the same KPIs as the Focus Articles scatter charts, for all article variants:
- Net OTIF
- Availability
- Lost Sales (NNBP)
- Delivered not on time/in full value
The information is presented at "Article Variant No. - Name" level and on weekly level / up to 1 month.
NOTE: Historic data available from October 2022.
Example: For a filter selection of "Last 2 weeks", suppliers will see in the table the results for the previous last 2 weeks, for each of the KPIs (2 columns for each KPI). This means that suppliers will have separate values for each week.
In the left scatter chart, by clicking on a specific dot, the accumulated OTIF* of that article variant for 2 weeks is shown. The table goes into more detail and reflects the separate OTIF for each of the two weeks.
This helps analysing how an article variant performed from one week to another.
*Accumulated OTIF:
Formula: Accumulated OTIF = Sum GR/Sum Order Qty*100
E.g. Article variant 346839063 has Total Order Qty of 356 (2023-42: 52 MU, 2023-43: 140 MU, 2023-44: 164 MU).
Total GR Qty is 112 (2023-42: 0 MU, 2023-43: 0 MU, 2023-44: 112 MU).
So accumulated OTIF is 112/356*100 = 31.5%
NOTE: In case suppliers would like to see the KPIs on a monthly level, each KPI will have one column, showing data for the entire month.
If on Homepage - Operational Weekly Dashboard, suppliers select a specific period, then click on Negative or Positive OTIF Contributors, they are redirected to the Contributors page to the results reflecting same period and same contributor type selected on Homepage. This applies to Focus Articles scatter charts and Focus Articles table.
What are "Contributor Type" and "Contribution Score"
1. Contributor Type - showing whether it is a positive or a negative contributor
2. Contribution Score - showing the quantity with positive or negative impact on OTIF
For details on the logic behind the Contribution Score and determining the Contributor Type, check "Logic of Negative/Positive Contributors".
For Negative Contributors, the results are displayed from highest to lowest score, as a negative amount. The logic behind: the highest value shows the contributor which has the biggest impact on OTIF and therefore needs more attention.
For Positive Contributors, the results are displayed in opposite way, from lowest to highest score. Meaning that a positive contributor which has the lowest score needs more attention for improvement.
Score can sometimes be zero. In this case, the article variants in questions are considered Positive contributors and are displayed at the end of the list.
The default sorting of the article variants if "All OTIF Contributors" filter is selected is:
- negative contributors (from highest to lowest score)
- positive contributors (from lowest to highest score)
- score zero (score is zero or cannot be calculated due to missing Quantity data)
Second level of sorting for Focus Articles Table: in case we have exactly the same Score for multiple articles, the second level sorting is done by Net OTIF for latest week (for data reflected on weekly level) or month (one month selected anyway). Lower OTIF is shown first to highlight the problematic article.
Manual sorting is also possible by clicking on the header of the needed column, similarly to other tables in SCOT.
How to Export Focus Articles Table
Focus Articles table can be exported in two formats: Excel and CSV. To export the data, suppliers can click on the three dots icon displayed besides the number of lines and choose the required format. In CSV format, any number of lines can be exported. In Excel format, the maximum limit for number of lines that can be exported is 20 000.
There is a filter to also change number of order lines that can be displayed on the page. The options are 10, 20, 50, 100 lines.
