Priority order to be considered on FOLs by system:

1. Exclusion flags (FOL_LATE_EXCLUSION_FLG and FOL_NOT_DEL_EXCLUSION_FLG)

2. RCA code from Admin (FOL_RCA3)

3. Approved RCA from Supplier (FOL_RCA2 if FOL_RCA2_APPROVED_FLG=1)

4. System assigned RCA (FOL_RCA1)

If NO RCA code is assigned, it is by default the supplier's fault.

RCA2 consideration when Not Checked, Rejected or Accepted by Metro Admin:

RCA1 = empty

- RCA2 = Not Checked --> supplier's fault

- RCA2 = Rejected and RCA3 empty --> supplier's fault

e.g.1:

RCA1 = empty

RCA2 = 18 (Metro's fault) - Rejected by Admin (RCA2 approval status: rejected)

RCA3 = empty

System interpretation: supplier's fault (even if RCA3 is not filled)

e.g.2:

RCA1 = empty

RCA2 = 18 (Metro's fault) - Not Checked by Admin (RCA2 approval status: Not Checked)

RCA3 = empty

System interpretation: supplier's fault (even if RCA3 is not filled)

e.g.3:

RCA1 = empty

RCA2 = 16 (supplier's fault) - Approved by Admin (RCA2 approval status: approved)

RCA3 = empty

System interpretation: supplier's fault

RCA1 = filled

- RCA2 = Not Checked --> RCA1 prevails

- RCA2 = Approved --> RCA2 prevails

- RCA2 = Rejected and RCA3 empty --> RCA1 prevails

e.g.4:

RCA1 = 23

RC2 = 4

RCA2 = Not Checked --> RC 23 prevails

RCA2 = Approved --> RC 4 prevails

Exclusion flags

Non Delivered Exclusion Flag

Late Delivered Exclusion Flag

Non Delivered exclusion flag can be enabled to "Yes", so Non Delivered quantity is considered on-time.

If Late Delivered exclusion flag is set to "No", then supplier fault will be considered for it.

At least any one of RCA1 or Approved RCA2 or RCA3 must be on FOL, only then these two exclusion flags are effective in Net calculation.
