in case of new joiners at Metro QA or Packaging areas, we have following ways to create internal users for them:


 New person on her/ his PC apply :

 - via EAC page  https://eac.metronom.com/my-apps - where first the App of MQuality  have to be found and push "+" to add this App to your applications which you will see on one page under EAC link and than whiout and additional passwords or logins you will be able to open this application every day 


 - country MQuality Admin Users can create internal users for own country QA, OB users

  • The Admin User login to MQuality clicks on Adim icon and thereon "Users"
  • Under "Users" on “Create User” button to create a new user
  • It is advised to first search for the new user in the system before creating the new user to ensure that a duplicate record is not about to be created.


you will get Users “General Information” screen displaying attributes to fill for creating a new user

Attention : all fields with STAR are mandatory !


  • Enter the general information of the user to be added to MQuality tool 
  • When “Email ID” is entered, “User ID” will auto-populate in the Login Information section


  • When the Admin User  selects the Country from dropdown, “Language” section is auto-populated with English and country’s default language.

 

  • We cannot make direct changes to Language section as it is non-editable and automatically selected by the system based on “Country” selected

  • We can select default language (for user’s application view) from the dropdown listed with English and the local language (if any)
  • If the country has a local language other than English, then local language would be selected as “Default Language”. We have the option to edit. 

The Admin User have to assign a role to user by selecting from the dropdown.  The role will determine what tasks the user is able to perform.


Note: It was aligned that each country will have 2 CQA Admin users. Any additional CQA Admin will be an exception. If the user needs CQA Admin role we need to inform Charlie Aller and Ihab Albaldawi and ask them for approval.

  • Note: Once the Admin User selects a role, corresponding roles will be automatically filtered in the dropdown according to the combinations mentioned below:

 

  1. CQA Admin, CQA Expert, CQA Hof, CQA OB Design Pack Expert, CQA Sourcing Manager, ITO Expert, ITO Hof, OB Expert, OB Manager
  2. Design Packaging Expert, GQA Admin, GQA Compliance, GQA Director, GQA Expert, GQA Hof, Packaging Expert


When the Admin User or OSS selects any role(s) from the first list, then “Sourcing Type” and “Local Sourcing Country” are added to the screen for selection



  • Sourcing Type is automatically selected as Local Sourcing” or “Common Sourcing” according to the roles selected and is non-editable.
  • The Admin User adds “Local Sourcing Country” from the country list dropdown for the user. - Example Country QA from MCC PL will get there Poland


  • We have to select “User Type” from dropdown as Internal user

  • System validates if the email id mentioned is present in IDAM and a validation message appears


  • The Admin User or OSS clicks on “submit” after filling in all the mandatory fields, system will save the data and a new user will be created.

  • The Admin User or OSS will be navigated back to search Users page and new user details will be available in the table.
  • The status of the user will be “Draft”. 


  • There will be three actions for the new user: Edit, Delete and Activate
  • We have to Activate the new user.
