If you need help in handling the application, we will explain the best we can so you are able to use MQuality without struggling.

Consultancy / Customer Care 


  • If you as GQA, CQA, OB Packaging Expert or Laboratory user are not sure which handling would be the best and need consultancy, we will try to give you the best advice we know of.
  • RP, SP and LT - we offer complete assistance for project setup, article creation, laboratory and supplier masterdata check.
  • Check and control - before publishing RP, SP and LT we can check together if all settings are defined correctly and it will work the workflow as expected the workflow.




Training / Onboarding 

We offer online trainings for newcomers or for advanced users Q&A sessions if needed. You can start right away with MQuality and learn how to set up and follow RP, SP workflow in your daily work. 

We offer also supplier support to become familiar with the tool.

Reporting 

  • We support you to explain you reports which are already embedded in MQuality tool.
  • We support you to request specific report if needed.

 


User Management 

If there is a new user needed in MQuality, there are several possibilities to get access to MQuality system depends on the user type. We support internal and external users to get access to MQuality system. We support also deactivation of the accounts in case if someone leaves Metro or change name or organisation mail. If a supplier is delisted, you can ask us to deactivate the supplier user as well.In this case we support the needed steps in Metro Link plus and MQuality.

For internal user please use in case of new joiner: 

 - apply via EAC page  https://eac.metronom.com/my-apps 

 - all MQuality Admin Users can create internal users for own country QA, OB users

 - or apply per mail to us mquality@sourcingsupport.de


For suppier company and users please alwasy use Metro Link plus to invite. This is only way to give access supplier to the application which is embedet in this platform as MQuality is.



Change / Improvement 

If you have ideas or expectations on how to improve MQuality, if you miss functionalities, if you need a new or any other configurations, we will inform the product owner and provider about your needs in order to improve your overall experience with the tool to support your business needs.

Cross Solution

Testing 

We do not test new versions/sprints of the tool so that the quality of the application stays good or improves. This is already done by external provider of MQuality. We can with dummy users "play" on test system some scenarions to learn, to reproduce the issue or to find out how the system is working.

Defect Handling 

If anything goes wrong in MQuality, like system down, technical errors or unexpected behaviour of the application, we will try to reproduce the issue, provide a workaround if existing, contact the provider in case if FLS cannot help so that the issue is solved as soon as possible. The users get a stable environment where they can work better and you are informed about the progress of the issues.

Performance 

In case MQuality is slow, or slower than usual, you can contact us and we will try to help you with technical advice about your environment, we will try to reproduce the low performance and inform the provider about the issue so that they can improve the speed of the system.
