How to select FOL according to RCA2 comment for very efficient approval in Bulk?
  1. Excel export all lines from FOL screen with RCA2 filter = IS NOT NULL (located in burger menu of the grid)
  2. in Excel use the filter for the column "RCA2 comment" to tick relevant lines for approval
  3. Go to column EAN No and copy the values into clipboard
  4. Go to a tool converting "columns to comma separated list" like https://convert.town/column-to-comma-separated-list

  5. paste the values from clipboard

  6.  Copy the list now into SCOT FOL filter "EAN No" and press search

  7. You will find your FOL with selected columns in search results

  8. Use check box in grid for selecting all records and bulk update for approval
