Q: How to assign portfolio to Admin users?

A: Step 1. Log in into your SCOT|A account ("Employee" section) using your Metro account username and password. Please use the link shown below,

https://scot.metronom.com/

Step 2. Once logged in, please click on "Portfolio Definition" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 3.

The landing screen of Portfolio definition shows you options search portfolios. However, to create & define portfolios, please follow the steps below,

Adding a name your Portfolio -> Assign Suppliers -> Assign portfolio to your name and, to finish the process, press on "Create"

Once the portfolios are created, they are shown in the tabular column below with the details.

As the next step, if you go to the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to check on FOLs to the newly defined portfolio, you might not be able to access it (as it was just created).

NOTE: After you define a new portfolio, you must log off the account and then re-login to access all the reports and details from various pages of SCOT.

Once you re-login, the FOL details for the newly created portfolio will be available in the RCA page for your analysis.

NOTE: For all Admin accounts on SCOT|A, supplier portfolio(s) can be assigned. It is not mandatory, but highly recommended, in order to make your daily work easier.

If you don't have any portfolio assigned, system will show a message, asking to define a portfolio, every time you access SCOT.

Same portfolio can be assigned to several users.

Important: Portfolios can be assigned also to users with other roles than Admin. Please note that:

1) The user search function only works with first name and last name, NOT with email of the user.

2) When creating a portfolio, please don't forget the NAME of the portfolio. If the name is missing, we receive the "Internal Error" message.
