Step 1:If you want to add a new sub chapter click on add sub-chapter in the checklist


Step 2: Choose  the drop down menu the right audit type,checklist and chapter in which sub chapter needs to be added and click Search

Then on the bottom click Add button  and then proceed with name of the sub chapter and so on. Then save and when you come back to the checklist it should be possible to add new question in the new sub chapter.

Please note: After the Sub-chapter has been added successfully, one can start adding questions by clicking Add question. However if one does not add question to the newly created sub chapter then this chapter will not be visible in checklist. By adding question you can view the sub chapter in the main checklist view.
