Filters 'Delay in Days' and 'Net Delay in Days' are defined by default with "Less Equal <="
e.g. if Net Delay in Days value is '1' - search will return also FOLs that have Net Delay in Days less than 1
Also negative values can be added to the filter.
In combination with filter Failure status = Only Late delivery the wished query can be generated.
Another option is to go on Apply Operators and select Equal
