While an auction has the status Bidding some changes can still be done, via Auction Cockpit. 


To perform changes the auction needs to be Paused. Suppliers will be informed on the status change by automatic email.



  • Cancel a bid

Go in Modify Bids Tab, for every line is an option to delete the value. Select for which article and supplier you want to delete the bid. 

Make sure that the auction is paused. Click Resume Auction to continue Bidding process.



  • Change Price Settings

Go in tab Modify Bid Conditions, click on the line that you want to change. The auction doesn't need to be paused.

Here can be changed the number of decimals, min and max bid change.

Click on 'Save' to apply the changes.


  • Add or Remove a supplier

To make changes on Supplier Circle the auction need to have status Online, Pre-Bid closed or Paused.

Click on 'Add' to access supplier Database and add a new supplier.

Click on 'Disable' to take out the supplier

Click on 'Replace Supplier' to add a different contact from the same company


To send an email to a new invited supplier go in Supplier Circle.



  • Time Settings

Go in tab Milestones & Overtimes to change the end date,  refresh rate or overtime settings.

Auction needs to be paused, click Resume Auction to continue Bidding process.


  • Change Starting Prices

Auction needs to be paused. Go in Auction Settings - Starting Prices and enter the new starting prices.


All previous bids will be marked as invalid.


Open & Save





Return to Auction Cockpit, click Resume Auction to continue Bidding process
